Stunning location close to needed shops, a bus stop and Zadar town centre, and the room was well-equipped. Walked in 20 minutes to Starbucks that serves coffee and treats. It had exceptionally comfortable bed, views of the sea...

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming and reminded me of my grandmother's house, with its vintage furniture and beautiful floral patterns. It made me feel right at home. The general areas were always well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate and feel comfortable. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff was always ready to assist me with anything I needed and made sure I had a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have more handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms and hallways. This would provide extra support and prevent any accidents or slips, especially for those with mobility issues.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful! They showed us around and gave us great tips on exploring the area. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with a stunning beach just a stone's throw away. The availability of a car park and nearby bus stop made it easy to get around the city. Even though we only stayed for a day, it's definitely a fantastic place for a week or two vacation with family or loved ones. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Although some essential items were missing initially, the host promptly provided them upon request. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was convenient, being close to nice restaurants. The facilities, including Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning. The bed was clean and comfortable, and fresh towels were provided. The staff, especially the lady, were friendly and welcoming. it was a fantastic experience and great value for the price.

The room exceeded our expectations and the bed was super comfortable. the view from our terrace was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, it was a must-have experience. the location was perfect, with the best beach just a short walk away. We also appreciated the nearby supermarkets and affordable restaurants. we felt like we were on a family vacation and we can't wait to come back!
The place could use some renovation, especially the bathroom. It felt like it hadn't been updated since the 80s or 90s.

The nearest airport is conveniently far enough to avoid any noisy flights overhead. WiFi and private parking were available, perfect for me to scroll through social media while my car stayed put.
Loved the fact that the kitchenware was nonexistent. Who needs plates and utensils when you can eat with your hands?

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel's common areas. The attention to detail, with beautiful paintings and cozy furniture, created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciate when a hotel takes the time to create a comfortable and visually pleasing space for their guests.
I would have loved to see more options specifically tailored for senior people during our stay. Perhaps some activities or services that cater to our needs would have made the vacation even better.

I had an amazing stay at a lovely apartment in Zadar. The owner warmly greeted me and shared interesting stories about the neighborhood. The room was even better than the pictures, with a very comfortable bed and a breathtaking view from the terrace. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best beach in the city and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making me feel like I was part of their family. I also want to mention the charming lady who took care of the cleanliness of the room every day, she stole my heart. Despite a few minor issues with some dirty crockery and cutlery, the rest of the apartment was immaculate. I highly recommend this place for a great value stay in Zadar.

The furniture and decorations had a touch of elegance and vintage flair, which made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, as a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. There were no stairs to climb, and the rooms were located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to navigate without any hassle.
If I were to ask for a better vacation for senior people, the only thing I would suggest is for the children working there to provide a wider variety of activities specifically tailored for older guests. This would allow us to fully enjoy our time at the hotel and engage in more age-appropriate leisure activities.
